Colored painting and/or special design will be charged separately. All furniture and flooring will be covered and protected with plastic sheeting. Minor cracks and holes on walls will be repaired prior to painting. Standard ceiling painting with a height of up to 2.5/3 meters is included. (Scaffolding, if required, will be charged separately).
